As illustrated above, many non-engineered and worn out cast-in-place concrete dump curbs
exist. Worse yet, unlike SAFTCURB, these non-engineered dump curbs rarely incorporate
side barrier rails that are essential to safely aid the haul vehicle operator in proper dump
curb alignment and equipment protection.

After just a few years of service, most cast-in-place dump curbs are almost unrecognizable
due to damage from repeated equipment impacts.

SAFTCURB Engineered Dump Curb System solves that problem by using a
heavy steel casing at the dump curb and at both 90 deg. barrier rail turn-back sections.
In addition, the dump curb and the 90 deg. barrier rail turn-back sections are
monolithic to the cast-in-place approach slab which make it
virtually impossible for your mobile machinery and operator
to inadvertently drive off the dump structure.

SAFTCURB Engineered Dump Curb System will provide decades of maintenance free service.
Unlike cast-in-place dump curbs, SAFTCURB steel casing and integrated 90 deg. turn-back barrier rail sections
are able to withstand the impact abuse unique to heavy industry.
